A deep link allows a user to click on a banner and arrive at the promoted content within the app. This mechanism provides a fluid user experience, eliminating many steps between a user and the content and is generally required for a campaign (with some exceptions).

If an immediate start date has been set, a campaign will generally go live within one business day of submission. The campaign start is contingent on the creative adhering to Roku’s ad guidelines. Click here for the complete ad guidelines.
Yes, once your campaign goes live, you can upload more creatives to run. We would encourage you to submit 2-4 creatives per campaign to avoid user fatigue. The ad server will auto-optimize the creative, serving the banner with the highest click-thru-rate (CTR) at a greater frequency than banners with lower CTRs.
